Project Lead: m2impact
Size: 10 000 m²
Development and design of a pioneering, energy self-sufficient social services and rehabilitation center in Irpin, in collaboration with the Charitable Fund Save Ukraine and Irpin City Council.
The project is designed to support some of the most vulnerable groups affected by the war, including returned children from Russian captivity, disabled orphans, internally displaced persons, and veterans.
The center integrates foster homes, housing for patronage families, social dormitories, and community spaces into a unified environment that promotes recovery, safety, and long-term social resilience.
Combining wooden construction, advanced environmental technologies, and self-sufficient energy systems, the project introduces a new standard for socially oriented infrastructure. Dual-purpose civil shelters are integrated into the design, supporting both safety and everyday use.
