BIG BROTHER HOUSE

The Big Brother House is a crossover between a house and scenography, this particular one built in the lower floors of a future skyscraper on the roof of the shopping centre Redi. To avoid producing show-biz waste, most of the materials used for building and equipping the space were borrowed, re-purposed or re-cycled. Abandoned, forgotten and rejected materials have been given new life by the capable hands of the skilled construction workers. Space encourages post-industrial meditation and pays homage to handcraft and manual labour.
