TUOHI

Tuohi is Finland's first wooden CLT apartment building that implements the Sydänpuu structural concept - newly developed construction technology that combines wooden CLT spatial elements and a precast concrete elements. Having the bathroom element as a separate structure outside of the apartment module allows more flexibility in designing the apartment layout as well as easier combination of spatial modules.
