Viherlehto is a six-storey wooden CLT apartment building, tallest in the Vaasa region. It houses 32 apartments, ranging from 35 m² two-room up to 85,5 m² four-room apartments. All receive natural light from at least two different directions, and their bright interiors feature natural wood on both floors and ceilings. The building is the third built according to the ground-braking structural concept - Sydänpuu, which combines precast concrete bathroom elements and wooden CLT apartment modules. All three were designed by Casagrande Laboratory.
